James Carroll training live in Bucharest

James Carroll, founder of THOR, running his Photobiomodulation training course in Bucharest for staff of Innovation Medical Center and Expert Laser Center. James, a true visionary and pioneer of Photobiomodulation therapy has dedicated the last 39 years to advancing and understanding this field and contributed enormously to the development of Photobiomodulation worldwide.
